| Participants will receive an official invitation letter only if the papers which they have submitted were approved by the evaluation board. However, the invitation letter will not serve as an instrument for obtaining the visa. | CAN I PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE IN ANY OTHER CURRENCIES THAN EUR AND RON (LEI)? | |
| The registration fee can only be paid in EUR and RON. | |
| IS PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION AT THE CONFERENCE MANDATORY? | |
| Participation at the conference is mandatory in order for the paper to be evaluated, but does not guarantee publication acceptance. Should a paper be submitted by a team of authors and co-authors, attendance is mandatory for a minimum of one representative of aforementioned team. | |
| I PAID THE FEE AND THE ARTICLE WAS NOT SELECTED FOR PUBLICATION. CAN I GET A REFUND? | |
| No, once the fee was paid, you will not be refunded, even if your full paper has been refused. | |
| HOW CAN I GET THE CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION? | |
| The button to generate the certificate of participation appears visibly in the account of each author, in the platform, after the article go through all the stages of the evaluation process. | |
| CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ACCOMMODATION ON THE USAMV B CAMPUS? | |
