The fee includes one abstract and the participation for one person in all conference sessions and it is non-refundable if the abstract is accepted. Paper publication is subject to peer review acceptance and does not involve any additional fees from the author(s), if the author also submit a full paper to the registered abstract.

Participation and paper presentation at the conference is mandatory in order for the paper to be evaluated, but does not guarantee publication acceptance. Only papers accepted in the peer review process pertaining to registered authors that participated at the conference can be included in the scientific journals.

Should a paper be submitted by a team of authors and coauthors, attendance is mandatory for a minimum of one representative of aforementioned team.

The reduced registration fee for students is granted based on the proof that the first author of the article is a student.

NOTE: The taxi fare in Bucharest is between 2.44-2.99 RON/km (0.50-0.61 EUR/km). Taxis can be found in front of the airport exit. Be sure to check the fare on the taxi door before getting on. The average distance from Otopeni Airport to the city center is 18 km (50 RON ~ 10.26 EUR), and the distance from North Railway Station to the city center is 4.5 km (15 RON ~ 3.08 EUR).

You can also use taxi and ride sharing applications in Bucharest. You must install the specific application on your mobile phones (Uber, Bolt).
